We recommend using the corporate version of Copilot at SeAMK, as it does not share the data provided and protects corporate information. Nevertheless, it is always worth considering what information to give to the AI. The processing of personal data, other sensitive information or confidential information is not allowed.
The enterprise version can be accessed via an integrated feature in Windows in the Edge browser.

ChatGPT is not a search engine, it cannot search the web or databases, it generates text. It works on the basis of the probability of consecutive occurrences of words in its own database, i.e. it predicts the order of words.
ChatGPT stores all data and uses it to train the AI, unless you turn off "Improve the model for everyone" in the settings. However, in this case you should note that you will no longer be able to access your previous chats. There are different versions of ChatGPT. You should ensure that the information you provide is not used to train AI.
Gemini is Google's conversational AI tool, which takes advantage of large language models. It can be found at https://gemini.google.com/
Gemini is similar to ChatGPT, but the replies seem to come faster in Gemini. Gemini stores conversations unless the user prevents it. You can turn off Gemini Apps Activity yourself under Activity link. Gemini also tries to provide the sources it uses.
