How to use e-resources: Remote access to e-resources

User rights and login

The degree students and the staff of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences are allowed to use electronic resources acquired by the library even outside the university network, for instance at home or on mobile devices. Remote access is permitted according to licensing clauses for educational purposes: for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research. Any commercial use is strictly forbidden!

Links to all e-resources which the library has acquired are available via e-library and SeAMK-Finna. On e-library, e-resources marked with a lock require logging in with SeAMK credentials at remote access. Always use links on e-library, do not search links with Google.

Use your SeAMK username and password to log in to e-resources from home or on your mobile device. They are the same which you use to log in to university network or to your SeAMK email.

EXCEPTION: All patrons owning the Seinäjoki Academic Library's library card can borrow Ellibs e-books. Login with your library card number and PIN code.
